Last updated: 30 August 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Bossie.ai (“Bossie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Bossie.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Bossie.ai on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and references to “you” apply to both you and the entity. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Services Provided
Bossie.ai provides an online software platform designed to assist with interview preparation, real-time communication support, meeting summaries, and related productivity tools. Subject to these Terms, Bossie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes.
Accounts and Access
To use Bossie.ai, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately at support@bossie.ai.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant Bossie a limited license to process Customer Data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, addressing technical issues, and fulfilling your requests. For Free and Pro users, anonymized Customer Data may be used to improve AI models unless you disable this option in your privacy settings. Enterprise customers’ data is not used to train AI models unless explicitly agreed.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes prohibitions on copying or modifying the platform, using the Services for unlawful activities, interfering with system security, attempting to reverse engineer the software, or sharing access with competitors. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, including data privacy and recording regulations.
Fees and Payment
Certain features of Bossie.ai require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate. If your payment method fails, Bossie may suspend access until payment is resolved.
Free and Beta Services
Bossie.ai may offer free access or beta features. These are provided “as is” without warranty, may be changed or discontinued at any time, and are subject to additional limitations. Bossie is not liable for any issues arising from the use of free or beta features.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, designs, content, and related technology, belong exclusively to Bossie and its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services. Customer Data remains yours, and Bossie only uses it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality
Any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with the Services is considered confidential. Each party agrees to protect such information with reasonable care and not to use it for purposes beyond the scope of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Bossie.ai at any time by closing your account. Bossie may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately, and Bossie may delete your Customer Data unless required by law to retain it.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bossie does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Given the nature of AI technology, generated outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on them.
